You get a fixed, itemized quote after a free 30-minute call. A single workflow usually takes 1–2 weeks, while multi-step agents or several connected workflows are quoted on scope. Ongoing costs are your Zapier, Make or n8n plan, or a small server if we self-host n8n, plus model usage billed to your own account.
Zapier is the quickest option for simple flows between popular apps. Make handles more complex branching and is often more economical at higher volumes, while n8n suits complex workflows and teams that want to self-host for data control. We write custom Python when the logic, volume or security needs go beyond what these tools do well.
That is not the goal. We automate the repetitive parts, such as copying data, sorting email and drafting routine replies, and keep people in charge of judgment calls. Every workflow that sends, pays or changes something important includes a review step until you are confident in it.
We connect each tool with the minimum permissions it needs, keep credentials in the platform’s encrypted credential store and avoid holding copies of documents longer than necessary. For sensitive data we can self-host n8n in your own cloud account, including in Canadian regions. This is general information, not legal advice.
Every automation logs its runs and sends an alert when a step fails, so problems surface quickly rather than weeks later. Common causes are an app changing its API or a login expiring. Fixes are covered during your 30 days of free support, and after that you can book hours as you need them.
