Mobile apps
We design and build mobile apps for iOS and Android, usually from one React Native or Flutter codebase, and write native Swift or Kotlin when a feature needs it. You get the app, the backend and admin panel behind it, and a launch on the App Store and Google Play handled for you. Recent work includes the BeautyApp salon booking apps, the Jubilee Life Active wellness app and the Chore Tools marketplace apps.
(01)Scope
iOS and Android apps, from first sketch to the app stores
One React Native or Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, so every feature ships to both stores at once.
Swift and Kotlin modules for Bluetooth, health data, background tasks or anything a cross-platform layer handles poorly.
APIs, databases and an admin panel your team uses to manage users, content, bookings and orders.
Sign in with Apple and Google, Stripe payments and in-app purchases set up to each store’s rules.
Push notifications through Firebase and APNs, plus analytics and crash reporting from the first beta build.
Listings, screenshots, privacy labels and review submission for the App Store and Google Play.
(02)Use cases
Customer and staff apps for appointments, payments and reminders, like our BeautyApp salon booking platform.
Member apps that connect healthy habits to benefits, like the wellness-linked Jubilee Life Active insurance app.
Shopping apps that sit alongside a marketplace website and share its catalogue, as with Chore Tools.
(03)Outcomes
Every project includes
(04)Process
Clear milestones, weekly demos and a daily written update, so there are no surprises at the end.
We map user flows, agree the MVP feature list and test a clickable Figma prototype with you before writing code.
Weekly demos, with fresh TestFlight and Google Play test builds you can install on your own phone.
QA across current iPhones and a spread of Android devices, with crash reporting and performance checks.
We prepare the store listings, handle App Store and Google Play review, and stay on for fixes after launch.
(05)Technology
We choose proven tools for each project and explain every choice. No lock-in: you own the code, the accounts and the designs.
(06)Engagement
Every project is quoted to your scope. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed, itemized quote before any work begins.

You get a fixed, itemized quote after a free 30-minute call. A focused iOS and Android MVP covers design, the backend, an admin panel and store submission, while complex integrations, real-time features and native modules add to the scope. We itemize every line before work starts, and the total comes in at a fraction of typical North American agency rates.
A typical MVP takes 8–12 weeks from kickoff to store submission, and review adds a few days. If you publish from a new personal Google Play account, Google first requires a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days, so we usually set apps up under an organization account instead.
For most products, cross-platform is the right call: one codebase, one team, and features that land on iOS and Android together. We recommend fully native Swift and Kotlin apps when the product depends on heavy device work, such as advanced camera, AR or Bluetooth hardware. When only one feature needs native code, we add a native module to the cross-platform app.
There is a yearly Apple developer fee and a one-time Google Play fee, both paid from accounts in your name. Backend hosting is usually modest at MVP scale. For OS updates and new features, you can book hours as you need them or add a dedicated developer, and we quote either option on request.
Yes. Most apps need an API, a database, user accounts and an admin panel for your team, and we build all of it, usually with Node.js or Laravel and PostgreSQL, or Firebase for simpler apps. You own the code, the cloud accounts and the store listings.
