A web app MVP usually takes 6–10 weeks. A full SaaS platform with multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, admin tools and load testing usually takes 12 weeks or more. The price depends on those features, your integrations and the number of user roles. Start with a free 30-minute call; after the scoping workshop you get a fixed, itemized quote.
Usually sign-up and login, one organization per customer with team invites, the core workflow that solves your customer’s problem, Stripe subscriptions and a basic admin. We leave out anything that does not help you win or keep your first paying customers, and keep a list of it for the next phase.
For most early-stage products we use one PostgreSQL database with a tenant ID on every row and row-level security as a safety net. Customers with stricter requirements can move to a separate schema or database later without a rewrite, because all tenant access goes through one layer of the code. We settle this in the scoping workshop, not after launch.
Yes. We can deploy to AWS’s Canadian regions in Montréal and Calgary, or Google Cloud’s regions in Montréal and Toronto, which helps when customers ask where their data is stored. Whether you need Canadian hosting depends on your contracts and industry, so confirm it with your legal adviser; this is general information, not legal advice.
You own all code, designs and IP once the project is paid, and you can access the repositories from day one. After 30 days of free support, you can keep us on a retainer, hire a full-time dedicated developer, or hand the code to your own team with full documentation.
