Web engineering
We design and build APIs your partners and frontends can rely on, and the integrations that stop your team copying data between tools. That covers new REST and GraphQL APIs, connections to Stripe, HubSpot, QuickBooks or Shopify, and webhook handlers that do not drop events. Every API ships with an OpenAPI spec or GraphQL schema, a Postman collection and examples, so another developer can use it without a call.
(01)Scope
APIs and integrations that keep your systems in sync
Resource naming, versioning, pagination, error formats and auth agreed in an OpenAPI spec before code is written.
Schemas built with Apollo GraphQL, with query depth limits, batching and caching to keep them fast and safe.
Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, refunds and payouts, with every webhook signature verified.
HubSpot contacts, deals and forms, and QuickBooks Online customers, invoices and payments, synced in both directions.
Shopify orders, products and inventory through the GraphQL Admin API, connected to your ERP, warehouse or marketplace.
Queued processing, idempotency keys, retries and dead-letter logs, so a slow partner never costs you an event.
(02)Use cases
Paid Stripe invoices posted to QuickBooks Online, and new customers created as HubSpot contacts automatically.
Versioned APIs with API keys, usage limits and docs for partners, resellers or your own mobile apps.
Shopify or WooCommerce orders synced with inventory, shipping and accounting systems.
(03)Outcomes
Every project includes
(04)Process
Clear milestones, weekly demos and a daily written update, so there are no surprises at the end.
We map which system owns each piece of data, how often it changes and what should happen when a sync fails.
The OpenAPI spec or schema is agreed, then tested against each provider’s sandbox account first.
Endpoints, auth, rate limits, retries and logging built with automated tests against recorded responses.
Docs, a Postman collection and alerts on failed calls handed over, with 30 days of free support.
(05)Technology
We choose proven tools for each project and explain every choice. No lock-in: you own the code, the accounts and the designs.
(06)Engagement
Every project is quoted to your scope. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed, itemized quote before any work begins.

Every API or integration gets a fixed, itemized quote after a free 30-minute call. The price depends on how many systems are involved, whether data syncs one way or both, and how well each provider documents its API. A focused integration, such as Stripe to QuickBooks Online or a HubSpot sync, is the simplest scope, and hourly work on existing integrations is quoted to your needs.
A single, well-documented integration such as Stripe or HubSpot often takes one to three weeks, including testing in sandbox accounts. Two-way syncs between several systems take longer, because most of the work is deciding which system wins when data conflicts. Your quote includes a week-by-week plan.
REST is simpler to cache, monitor and hand to third parties, so it is our default for public and partner APIs. GraphQL suits products where web and mobile apps each need different slices of the same data. Some products expose both, with GraphQL for their own apps and REST for partners.
We build integrations to expect it: failed calls are queued and retried, duplicates are prevented with idempotency keys, and repeated failures trigger an alert. We also track provider changes, such as Shopify’s move from its REST Admin API to GraphQL, and can cover updates under a care plan.
Yes. REST APIs come with an OpenAPI spec that renders as interactive docs, plus a Postman collection with example requests. GraphQL APIs come with a documented schema and example queries, and every project includes a short guide to auth, errors and rate limits.
